不同采收期的紫苏叶和白苏叶中迷迭香酸的含量测定

【摘要】 目的:测定不同时期采收的紫苏叶和白苏叶中迷迭香酸的含量,确定最佳采收期。方法:采用HPLC法测定迷迭香酸的含量。色谱柱:Welch RP-C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液(39∶61);流速:1.0 mL·min;检测波长:330 nm;柱温:28℃。结果:双紫苏叶和单紫苏叶中迷迭香酸含量从5~7月逐渐下降,从7~8月逐渐升高并达到最高,8~10月含量又依次下降;白苏叶中迷迭香酸含量从5~8月逐渐升高并在8月达到最高,8~10月含量又依次下降。结论:双紫苏叶、单紫苏叶和白苏叶的最佳采收期均为8月。 更多还原
【Abstract】 Objective:To determine the contents of rosmarinic acid so as to find out the best harvest time of Perilla frutescens(L.) Britt.var.acuta(Thunb.) Kudo(abbr:PFA),Perilla frutescens(L.) Britt.var.acuta(Thunb.) Kudo form.discolor(Makino) Kudo(abbr:PFAD) and Perilla frutescens(L.) Britt.var.typica(Makino) Makino(abbr:PFT).Methods:The content of rosmarinic acid was determined on a Welch RP-C18 analytical column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) with the column temperature at 28 ℃.An isocratic elution of methanol(A) and phosphonic acid solution(B)(39∶ 61,v/v) was applied.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1 and the detector wavelength was set at 330 nm.Results:The contents of rosmarinic acid in leaf of PFAD and PFA decreased from May to July,and gradually increased from July to August and reached the highest level in August,and then decreased again from August to October.The contents of rosmarinic acid in leaf of PFT increased from May to August and reached the highest level in August,and then decreased from August to October.Conclusion:August is the best time to harvest leaf of PFA,PFAD and PFT
迷迭香酸有很强的抗氧化性,其抗氧化活力强于维生素 E 。迷迭香酸有助于防止自由基造成的细胞受损,因此降低了癌症和动脉硬化的风险。
